I am a clinical psychologist supporting adults to develop greater awareness, self-compassion, and fulfilment. I support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, chronic self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, relational difficulties, personality disorders, perinatal mental health concerns, and trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and traumainformed, drawing on Compassion-Focused Therapy, DBT, ACT, and EMDR to support meaningful and sustainable change.
I provide a warm, inclusive, and non-judgemental therapeutic space that respects the full context of each person’s identity and lived experience. I have additional training in working with neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, am committed to LGBTQIA+ affirmative practice, and offer WPATH assessments for adults.
I am a board-approved supervisor, and am experienced in providing training, academic lecturing and workshops in Compassion Focused Therapy and LGBTQIA+ affirmative practice and inclusion.
