Clinical Supervision

Service Overview

I provide individual and group clinical supervision for psychologists across varying stages of training and professional practice.

I offer clinical supervision for psychologists at different points in their professional journey, including postgraduate psychology students, psychologists completing their clinical endorsement, and endorsed clinical psychologists. Supervision is tailored to your level of training, scope of practice, and professional context, with an emphasis on safety, ethical practice, and reflective development.

My approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in compassion-focused and trauma-informed principles. Supervision provides space to deepen formulation skills, integrate theory with clinical practice, and develop confidence in working with complexity, including trauma, personality disorders, chronic shame, emotion regulation difficulties, and relational patterns that can arise in therapeutic work.

Supervision also attends to the relational aspects of clinical practice, including self-reflection, use of self, and the impact of therapeutic work on the clinician. I aim to create a non-judgemental and containing supervisory space where questions, uncertainty, and learning are welcomed. Where helpful, supervision may draw on frameworks from CFT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches, depending on your interests and training needs.

I offer both individual and group supervision, with a focus on supporting ethical, reflective, and compassionate clinical practice.
